Saw it today, and I enjoyed it quite a bit! I think it's more of a cult movie than anything else. It's a merging of a two completely disparate genres played perfectly straight, and it isn't going to appeal to everyone. But it was my cup of tea! :)

It's a walking talking cliche, completely predictable and thoroughly enjoyable at the same time.

my only real "gripe" is that it could be trimmed down by about 20 min.

so grab a squishy, some candy, popcorn and enjoy the kiddie ride - as there are no surprises
