And Jenny said I should even though I told her I was too chicken to...

Behold! The evaluation thread thing for me.

So yes, pretty much the same as what others are doing right now. Feel free to toss out whatever critiques/comments/etc you would like for me to read and such. Be it based on a particular character, my writing style(s) over all, any suggestions you have, etc... etc...

And..it was pointed out to me that I should include a list of characters...
All of them can be found over here: http://sw-fans.net/forum/showthread.php?t=19353

But quick list is:

Emelie Shadowstar
Anastasia Xivelle
Charlotte Tur'enne
Cleo Némain
Iyar Thiled
Sadie K'Vesh
Vikki Tavik
The Vilissar Twins

Overall, you are one of my favorite people to write with. Even on your self-confessed "off" days, your posts are consistently entertaining and always inspiring, in terms of providing a lot of material to work with when coming up with a reply. Every character definitely has their own unique style you write them with, or voice (and not just because of the sometimes strange accents).

Em - I loved this char at SWRPG and I love her here. Not just because she is Natalie Dormer. Her attitude is just... yeah :lol I think you said yourself that you haven't played her so much, inspite of her being your main char, but I think there is still a lot we have left to see of Em and her efforts to monopolise the galactic underworld. I am intrigued to see if she will be drawn at all in the KA/Zeltros business, after her (all too) brief meeting with Salem ;)

Charlotte - my faaaavorite. She is such a well-rounded, real character and I feel like with everything thread you have her in, you see a least some small new aspect of her. I am excited for whatever point in the future it is when she discovers that her dad is an Inquisitor :ohno I can only imagine the drama that will ensue.

Iyar - I think we need to do more to build up the Iyar-Jamo bromance. Go into some of how they became such best buddies, maybe have the two of them fly some missions together. Of course, the two of them are fun even when it comes to just goofing off, so if all we ever did with them was come up with wisecracks and stupid innuendoes, I would be content :p

Vikki - she is kind of like Charles.. but with constant PMT. The pin to Habrok's pin-cushion. In my head, they are almost like a good cop bad cop duo, only instead of abusing the prisoner they're interogating the bap cop keeps smacking the good cop. I look forward to fully realising the Battlestar Badass with ya :D

Twinses - More needs to be done with these girls. I really like their mischieviousness, and I think there is so much potential for even more deviance with the whole Hapan Ambassador angle.

I tell you you're awesome on an almost daily basis; and you already know how much I enjoy writing with you from how often I spend time doing it. Taking that as a given, I hope you won't mind me skipping the foreplay, and just getting stuck right in there. ;)

Alluria - We need to do more. We need to work out what to do with her and Jacob. We need to work out when the Reinhart / Charlotte secret is going to come out, and what the hell that's doing to do to our poor family. :ohno

Charlotte - I think this is the only character on Fans who makes me cry. It would be really easy to make her all teen and emo, and yet you manage to make it note-perfect and compelling, every time. We've done a lot of work setting up the dynamics between Charles and the various Dorn members: I think now we need to try and get back to the awesomeness of "Rebel Dawn", and really explore those interactions on more depth; try a bit more to find the balance, rather than leaning towards either a "drama" thread, or an "action" thread. We need more "draction" and "actma".

Actma? I think I have a cream for that... :uhoh

Iyar - You mentioned the other day that you're a little underconfident writing the pilot aspects of Iyar. I think that perhaps in your mind, being a pilot is his defining characteristic. Compare that to his wingman Jamo, whose defining characteristic is being a smug and sexy beast: I think if you took the opportunity to bromance it up as Jenny suggests, that might help you relax into the character a bit more.

The Twins - Jenny's right: we really need to find something to do with these. My only concern on that front is that, if they're the Ambassadors to Hapes (rather than from), there's a risk of them getting stuck back in the Consortium, while the rest of us are off gallavanting. Perhaps it would be worth having them get aquainted with Varon, the Hapan Navy guy, so that they've a) got someone at home to interact with, and b) have a free taxi service? :mischief

That's some for now - I'll have to have a ponder about the others.

I haven't read as much of your RPs or characters as I wish I had. But I love the Twins - I like their shared thoughts and how you convey their creepy twin oneness. *shudder*

I am going to do more reading, but generally I like your writing. I'm enjoying Vikki in the Minor Repairs thread, so keep it up!
