I have scanned threads and the wiki, but I can't seem to find any origin for the organization as a whole. Did Palpatine have the group ready to go right out of the gate? Did it exist yet 25 years ago, or was it created during the GCW?

Sorry about that, we have yet to put anything on the wiki, really. I guess that's what my next project should be.
If you have question, you can go ahead and ask Rossos, Helghast, or me on the subject. The Inquisitoriate was formed a bit after Order 66, so it wasn't around at the beginning of the Galactic Civil War.

Well when you spell it THAT way, no wonder it didn't come up in a search. Heh. Not sure why I didn't think to check Wookipedia. Guess I assumed it was a Fans creation.
Thanks.

So are they any Player Characters who were A) old enough to have been an active Bounty Hunter 25 years ago and B) good enough to have been an Inquisitor like a Jango Fett or Cad Bane?
If not, then we can just make one up. :)

A PC, I don't believe so. I think Valten is the oldest PC Inquisitor around and was with the Inquisition from its founding. Though he started off as a grunt. There may be a few NPCs that fit the bill.
What do you have in mind?
