I recently found out that there are some working PS2 emulators on the web right now. I decided to get my handson a copy of MGS3 Snake Eater and Shadow of Colossus since I really would have loved to play these games.
Those are the few franchises I really miss on my X360 so I am pretty excited to see how this works out.
Has anyone tried playing PS2 games on an emulator yet?

I played some final fantasy game a couple years ago on the PCX2 (http://pcsx2.net/). I gave up on it back then, because the compatibility was still not the best, poor performance, glitches etc. But nowadays, it is supposed to be much better.
I would not mind playing MGS2 on the emulator, because I never played it to the end.

Well MGS 2 was ported to the PC. I still have the CD and the DVD for MGS 1 & 2 in my Rack next to my PC.
Every 2 or 3 years I play MGS1 again since I still think it is one of the best games ever.
I actually do the same thing with the original Max Payne, Jedi Knight 2, the Secret of Monkey Island, Freedom Fighters and Halo: Combat Evolved.
Those are the games where I can never tell how many times I have beaten them before.
