... one gets to thinking of the old days.

I miss them, but at the same time the memories never fail to make me happy. The teasing, the poking at one another, the sarcasm, the everything.

I think back on those times - when we all had way too much time on our hands, and then I think of now, and how we've all gone beyond. Not in a bad way, but in a way that makes a person marvel. Of course there are those that've dropped away - Jarek and Telan being foremost on my mind. I miss those guys, and hope they're doing well with their lives.

For those that are still about, causing mayhem on a degree that is possibly a level up from the mischief we used to partake in, I can't help smile. We may be getting older, but it's in a good way.

I find myself at times going back into the archives and re-reading old threads. The stories as well as our spam shenanigans. Crazy to think that I started here as a wee baby high school freshmen.

I've met a lot of fantastic people and made many friends in the years I've been here. It's kind of surreal that way, especially considering I've met most people here once or twice. I'm always sad to see people go, it always feels like something is missing from the community.

I know I've left several times, but I've always found myself coming back here at some point. Don't think that's really ever happened with another group of people. I owe all of ya'll.
