For effectively leading the Battle of Bothawui (the actual bit that attacked Bothawui, anyway), Vansen Tyree should probably have a bounty on his head.

Probably something insultingly small though, and put there by Ceto Rubezhal in a fit of childlike petty vengeance. :lol
