All these places where the same thru out the galaxy run down and dirty. Yet you could find every type of low life hanging out in these spots. The planet didn't matter it was some backwater smugglers watering hole that didn't really have a name. The native population consisted of some kind of creature that looked like a cross between an ewok and a rabbit. They were not exactly intelligent creatures and they were very annoying and always begging or stealing.

Yet some Duro thought it would be a great planet to put his cantina. A place for all the low life’s of the galaxy to meet and converse just like a hand full of other places thru out the galaxy. Among these low life’s was a hooded figure sitting at the bar his eyes covered by a pair of black goggles. He glanced around the bar looking for someone.

He had slipped off the planet Onderon two nights ago, on the night of his child’s birth. Why he left was because mysterious letter had arrived where he and Aria had been staying addressed to a name he used long ago. The letter gave him the navigation coordinate’s to this planet and this place as a meet. The letter did not say what said person wanted and that is why Blade had come to find out. Find out who this mysterious person was that called him by an old name from another dimension.

Blade looked up slowly at the big lizard as the bar keep handed him his drink. Blade didn't answer his question right away as he watched the Trandoshan pickup his drink. It was rather disgusting watching the lizard drink slopping ale all over himself as he attempted to down it in one try. He managed to down it then his long tongue started to lick the inside of the glass.

"I was Jacob Hurst a long time ago in another place. That man is dead now, why are you looking for a dead man?"

Blade turned his sights away from the lizard back to his own drink on the bar. It was shot glass filled with a brown liquid and next to it was a bottle of JD. One of the hardest to find alcohol's in the known galaxy. Surprisingly cheap for its rarity, only about thirty creds a bottle if you could manage to find one. Blade just looked at the shot glass and smiled, the liquid always brought back the best memories.

Blade reached in his Jacket and pulled out twenty credits. He tossed them onto bar he didn't even look at the Trandoshan as he did keep his eyes on his drink. The smell of the lizard was bad enough; he didn't need to look at the thing.

"Take it buy yourself a few drinks but find company elsewhere."

Blade looked out the corner of his eye at the device beneath the lizard’s hand. It was a small portable holo phone fairly new as it had no noticeable scuff marks. Who ever had sent this lizard to deliver the device didn't want to meet in person.

"Leave me to my business."

Frash looked at the human or at least he looked human, he didn't smell human though. He smelled like the woman who had paid him to deliver the device. She was able to pass for human as well but the smell was what gave them away. Frash was left with mystery on his hands about who these people where but he didn't care to investigate. All he wanted was for his business to be done and to get paid.

Frash put his hand on the man's shoulder then and pressed down to try and intimidate him. He gave a his lizard like smile before leaning in a little bit as if he was going to whisper into Blade's ear. He spun Blade on his stool so he could look the man in the goggles.

"Friend!"

He stared through his goggles into the eyes of the lizard. He didn't flinch as the lizard man spoke to him. He listened to the foul breathed lizard call him friend, calmly turning his head to make sure his drink hadn't been spilled.

"You're lucky my drink is still standing or else you would have no money at all."

He turned back slowly to look the lizard in the eyes. He gave him his patented cocky smile that said so much about the man. Blade's hand slipped to his side as he continued to stare in the monsters eyes.

"How much do think I owe you, friend?"

Frash didn't like the smile the man was carrying it didn't show any fear. Hadn't he ever heard the stories about what Trandoshan did to people they didn't like. The Wookies where pussies compared to his kind.

"I don't like you sssso it will cosssst you two..."

Before he could even finish his sentence he felt a sharp touching his abdomen. He looked down to see a dagger at his belly. It was of some kind of twisted metal he had never seen before the blade was wavy so whomever it stabbed would be sure to feel it. It was a bit strange to Frash he could have expected a blaster to be pulled but a close quarters weapon was foolish with one of his kind.

"Hundred." he looked back up at the man unafraid. "That tooth pick will only get you a higher price, friend."

"You drive a hard bargain, but alas I don't have two hundred credits"

Blade kept smiling as he nodded down to his dagger he had pulled from his boot just moments earlier. It wasn't the first of its kind over his life time he had many sith daggers. They where a rarity this day and age which was depressing such a torture device should never have gone out of style.

"I gave you all I was told to come with by whoever you work for. All I have is my friend and my other friend." He nodded again to the dagger in his hand then to the whiskey bottle on the bar.

"Some friendly advice from one friend to another if you persist this blade will slip up through a soft spot between scales on your belly. A weak spot in all Trandoshan. It will then pierce the lining of your lower stomach and I will twist it causing your guts to spill all over this bar floor."

Blade watched Frash leave not taking his eyes off him as he walked out the bar. He didn't have to he could have just turned away and let his force senses kick in but Blade wanted to see him coming if he changed his mind. After Frash left Blade turned back to his drink pulling the Holo comm closer to him.

Before hitting the receive button he topped his glass off with some more JD. He then looked at the comm hesitating for a moment. He wondered why whoever was trying to get in contact with him wouldn't meet him face to face. Even weirder was that this person seemed to know allot about a man that never existed in this universe until ten years ago. He pushed the button with one hand and took a drink from his glass with the other. A dark cloaked figure with a sith mask appeared on the other end.

"Nice mask what museum did you steal it from?" He took another drink from his glass.

"Let me guess you are a dark lord of the sith and the force lead you to me?"

Blade was not impressed to say the least by this Darth Sokar or whatever he wanted to call him self's cloak and dagger approach. It was strange though that this man or at least what he thought was a man new so many of his names. Bladious Bacquin being his true name, something only a select few people knew. In this universe there was only one person who knew that name.

"Listen kid, I have played this game of who is the bigger badder sith before. You play the part of Palatine a man who could never hold his own on the front lines so he stays behind the scenes. Never confronting his enemies face to face because they would see he was truly a weak old man."

Blade took another drink of his whiskey but held a hand up to the holo comm to let Sokar know he wasn't finished with his speech.

"Me I'm more like Vader an enforce except I'm not a pussy. I don't need to cut down every Jedi child I meet. I never needed to destroy the Jedi just to prove how powerful I am. Yet still I'm the warrior and you’re the emperor, in a straight up fight you would be dead. Your kind however never fight you hide behind armies because your weak."

Blade took another swig finishing off the glass and the grabbing the bottle to pour another.

"So let's cut the shit. How about you tell me what you want and what you have against me to make me do the heavy lifting for you?"

"Such strong words from a man who has been running and hiding for the last ten years."

On the other end of the comm Sokar who only stood five foot five inches wasn't about to let Blade intimidate him. He knew what Blade was now and what he once was. The man he was pretending to be now was who he use to be not who he had become.

"Hiding in the shadow of a master who doesn't even know what is to be a sith. Then again you always did like to hide behind powerful women who held you back. You are not the rebel you think you are, you actually rather pathetic."

The mechanical voice let out a little cackle at the joke Blade had become. He wasn't the sith or the man Sokar knew anymore. He was weak and pathetic putting on the face of who he use to be. Yet he still had the potential to the man he was once again.

"Your new master was a pretty little thing. Indulge the emperor for moment why did she where bandages on her hands?"

Blade was taken back by all the masked man said. He seemed to know some much about Blade but how? Unless this man had somehow crossed over from the other side there was no way. Yet if he had he wouldn't know about Aria. The comment a lone about Aria was almost enough to set Blade off.

"Leave Aria out of this. It's bad enough I had to miss my child's birth for your crap."

If this man was thinking of using Aria against him he better rethink his plan. Blade would kill this man if he so much as thought of going after her or using her in some manner or another.

"So tell me what you want and what you got on me or else this conversation is over."

"Katana Fleet? What do you want to know about it?"

Blade didn't often let it be known but he use to study various tactics of war one of the greatest tacticians was Thrawn. He had to make a correction in his mind would be one of the greatest tacticians since Thrawn had yet to surface in this time line. Yet he had study the man's tactics inside and out everything he could find about the battles he waged he had.

"I know Thra..." He had to remind himself that hadn't happened yet and maybe never would happen. "I know of the fleet just about anything you want to know."

"I know the location."

It was one of the first things Blade had tried to find out when he was studying Thrawn's tactics. He knew exactly where the fleet was sitting but you needed man power to take it. It was something an individual could just take you needed a small army.

"There all Dreadnaught-class heavy cruisers even if they are slave linked to reduce personnel." Blade did some math in his head. "You would need at least half a million crew."

It was allot of people to get on what ever side you where playing. Then you would also have to hope not a single person in that half a million wasn't plotting to take the ships for there own. Though the mention of the information being valuable did peek Blade's interest.

"If it's so valuable information why don't I go else where with it. I mean you have been nothing but a pain in my ass and started off trying to strong arm me for the info?"

Did this guy not listen to a word he said? Strong arming him wasn't going to work but her this guy was telling him he already had it set up. Here this guy was thinking it would all be done for free. Whatever this guy had on him it wasn't going to out value what he could get by selling the info to the rebels or some other faction.

"Well you might want to call her back and tell her your associate ain't telling her nothing."

Blade should have ended the conversation there but he was slightly curious as to what this man really had on him. That and there was still the question of man power no salvage company even the biggest had half a million people in man power.

"I am curious though how you think this salvage company is going to have the man power to do such a job?"

Sokar was so sure of himself, but he had better have something pretty dang good to get Blade to do what he wanted. He wanted Blade to ask which almost made Blade hang up right then and there. He didn't want to play this guy's game of guess the mystery prize.

Then again who ever this Sokar was he wasn't stupid so far his plan would work. Except for the fact that to get to a place on the outer edge of the Galaxy with a fleet of two hundred would be suicide. Unless you traveled along the Halo to avoid imperials and just about everyone else. You had to know how to navigate it though and not drift too far into the black.

"Fine I will bite what do you have on me?"

Shock, rage, and hate where only minor words to describe what Blade was feeling at that point. The revelation that the only two things that matter to him where now gone taken from him by an enemy that was trying to force him to work for them. Blade's eyes flashed a violent orange as he tried to contain his rage that was telling to toss the Holo comm across the room.

"Good show Sokar." Blade teeth where clinched tight as he spoke to the masked man. "Maybe you are a sith after all?"

Blade wanted to kill this arrogant pile of crap on the other end of the comm. He wanted to show this man what the true power of a sith could do. Wookie rage would be nothing compared to what Blade was going to do this man. Blade fought against his instincts that where trying to take over. Those instincts he relied on when his back was against a wall. They had gotten him out of so many situations but this one he knew they could not help with.

"Know this after I'm done doing your pointless bidding to build your empire, no army will stand between me killing you. You will get what you want but you won't get to live long enough to see it amount to anything mark my words you have signed your own death certificate."

"I'm not worried Blade Bacquin."

Behind the mask there was no smile for the words Blade chose to share. Sokar kept a straight face, he had already expected such a reaction from the orange eyed demon on the other side of the comm.

"I have not showed my full hand yet and you maybe even more surprised by the revelations to come. "

Sokar voice though mechanical had a hint of sadness to it as he spoke of the revelations to come. Although they were all still a long way off in the future and subject to revision as the force saw fit.

"My death will not come at your hand no matter how much you desire it. Goodbye Mr. Bacquin we will meet on Zonju V after you do what you are told."

Sokar hit the button on his console to end the transmission. The person behind the mask stepped off the Holo pad onto the cargo bay floor of their ship. Sokar lost in the thoughts of the future and the past wasn't smiling as under the mask tears began to roll from Sokar's orange eyes. It was all too much to handle but Sokar knew he had to continue or else it would all be lost.

As soon as the transmission was cut off Blade let in not being able to hold back the instinctive rage he felt. He picked up the comm device threw it at the back wall of the bar where a mirror was hanging. The Mirror smash as did the comm causing everyone in the bar to turn and look at the commotion.

The Bartender was about to say something to blade but noticed the fury and rage in the man’s brightly glowing orange eyes. The bartender remained silent as did most of the crowd in the bar as they took one look at the man and new it was better left alone.

Blade looked around at all the people in the bar rage filled eyes. He wanted to take it out on all of them. He wanted to snap his Saber's from his belt and slaughter them all just for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Instead he grabbed his bottle and stormed out of the bar. He needed to save his rage for Sokar and the right moment to strike the fool down. For now he would play the game set in motion.
