Empire - Betrayal is only £0.59 per issue, which you can hardly fault. In terms of how the comics read, you see a single panel on the screen at a time, which can be rotated or zoomed in/out on, and you just tap the screen to move on to the next image. It's a suprisingly smooth reading experience, with all the panels appearing very clear, so I'd definitely recommend trying an issue out :)
