I was doing some searches on the Classic board and uncovered this idea (originally Charley's). From his first post:

I thought this would be a funny thread to do, to poke fun at ourselves/others by showing things that either we as posters or our characters do so frequently that maybe we never realize it.

So, as an example:

Hell will freeze over if Arya stops drinking too much during important conversations.
