List of Lieutenants and their functions?

I'm not clear on who's a lieutenant here, and what they're doing.

Like, I know Darven and Chir'daki, and that's about it. I think I missed a memo somewhere. I'd look through my paperwork but I used it in the refresher 'cause we were out of toilet paper. >D

Basically, each Lieutenant is the head of a clan of bounty hunters. The Lieutenants supervise, manage, and represent the bounty hunters in their clan - hand out jobs to them, etc.

Each Lieutenant has a particular speciality: Hugo Montegue for example specialises in "exotics", which are basically monsters and things with supernatural / unusual powers - shapeshifters, etc. If you wanted to specialise in that, or if you wanted to be involved in a thread relating to exotics, Hugo would be the guy that passed on the bounty to you.

Don't think Chir'daki was actually a Lieutenant - I think Grim Kandle was going to be the "Black Sun" representative. Dunno about any others, though.
