Okay so I'm no tech genius but I can usually hold my own, but I'm stumped.

So ran into some issues today with the company mobile internet device. During trying to figure it out my Outlook froze up to the point where it wouldn't even close when I ended the process in the task manager.. So I rebooted..

When it rebooted, all of my log ins and passwords that were saved were gone (MSN, AIM, etc). Also gone were all the network keys for my wireless. I didn't have time to screw around with it at work and so just hopped on our neighbors unsecured network for a few minutes to do what I needed to do.

Now I'm at home and I'm running into the same problem. I've reset my router twice and changed the network key but it still won't log in with the proper network key.

If I leave my network open without a password it connects fine, but as soon as I put one on it won't connect again.

I'm fine leaving my network unsecured at home as I'm not too worried about it, but it's going to be a pain in the ass if I can't get online at work, and can't open the network at work to the outside world.

Any thoughts?

Okay never mind. Not sure what the hell happened but after a little more fiddling I succeeded in fixing the problem rather then making it worse.

Uninstalled the mobile device connection software and it seemed to correct things.
