Hello everyone just want to tell you all I'm alive got into a car accident about an hour ago. I was going down a road when someone tried to cross an intersection and I T-boned them. I was not at fault just so everyone is clear. I'm fine though a little jittery though. The person in the other car was taken away in an ambulance.

Thank you all for your words.
1. The chevy s10 that was driving was totaled. (which just means it sustained more damage then the vehicle is worth)
2. As for the person in the other vehicle not much information can be released due to the fact the driver was 15 years of age and there fore a minor. By law the newspaper can not release much information on how she is doing and such nor can hospital tell with out permission from her legal guardians.
Now I just found they where fifteen and I'm a bit in a shock I mean I was before because this is the first time I have ever been in a car accident where there was more then just me involved. The first time I have ever been in accident where someone had to go to the hospital. On top of the fact that person is just a kid.
I know they are the ones at fault for this accident but I can't help but feel bad. I mean this kid went to the hospital on top of the various different fines they they will be getting (no insurance being one of them). I may have lost a vehicle but that replaceable even if I have to use my own money to do it. But for that person they fucked there life up for years to come yet. I feel bad for them to the point I can't stop thinking about it. I can't delve into a video game or even bring myself to post because the thought is there.
I guess I'm just a bit shell shocked by this accident.

First off, you can't control other people. If this person is 15 and driving without a license/insurance, it's THEIR fault.
Don't beat yourself up over someone else being an idiot.
I'm really glad you (and the other driver) are okay. That's whats most important.
