What?!
If Kuklos Ataxia is Salem Ave's attempt to create a selection of highly skilled assassins, then the Sith Legion is his battering ram. Composed of training camps throughout the outer reaches of the galaxy, they are a fighting force being trained to show complete obedience to their master, and powerful loyalty towards one another.
Who?!
The current, initial members of the Brotherhood are primarily children who have been abducted from Onderon. They have been taken from the Beast Rider tribes and the Mandalorian clan present on world. Additionally there will be some children from Salem's homeworld of Arkania (and perhaps other planets... though I'd really like to stick with Onderon and Arkania if possible, to keep the sense of duty to one another up). Also present at each camp is an instructor, who is in effect a Lieutenant to Callidus/Salem. They will be the ones passing on the Sith teachings to the kids.
Where?!
On inhospitable worlds, that the Empire has no need for.
Why?!
I hope this will give us a chance to create Sith who are more like the religious fanatics that people seem to be craving.
