X-men threads dead?

The seeming death of the x-men threads has me a might sorrowful, but has gotten my brain going, and in an attempt to attract people, heroes or otherwise, back to the world, I'm very much wanting to have Boulder start a one man takeover of the U.S., one city at a time.

Comments? Questions? Recommendations? I've had this idea for a while, so unless I get a definitive and resounding "no" from people, I'm plotting to go ahead and start it soon.
