In 2002 I was asked to serve this board as a roleplaying moderator, which I gleefully accepted and enjoyed very much. A few years later in 2005 I was promoted to administrator, and I have also enjoyed that very much. I hope you have as well, though I know not everyone on the internet may share that opinion of me.

Life goes on and circumstances change. In my current stage of life I find I no longer have as much time as I used to, and my enjoyment of being an administrator has waned as well. So it is time for me to move on, as other administrators have done before me, and leave you in the very capable hands of the other staff members.

No, please, don't cry. ;) I am not leaving the boards, just stepping down as a staff member and relinquishing all my UNLIMITED POWER!

So. I hope the last seven years haven't been too unbearable for all of you, and that SW-Fans will continue to thrive for many more years, as I'm sure it will. I love you all (to varying degrees), and I will miss being part of the staff. I just can't do it anymore.

I'd say something profound here (or at least attempt to, the damn NaNoWriMo has sucked the ability to write anything that isn't a rambling narrative right out of me), but honestly being fairly new-ish around here still myself I don't really feel it was my place to do so since my "experience" with you being an admin well... is insanely slim.
