Every week from now on, I'm going to be wondering which Cardinals team we'll get - the one that laid the hammer down on the Giants or the one that shot itself repeatedly in every available limb with a twelve-gauge against the Panthers. I don't know if any team has had such disparate highs and lows, even with the Eagles losing to the Raiders.

Well I think the Eagles just didn't show up in that game. I think Arizona is the craziest team in the league because they are either great or terrible.

Yeah there are only two really easy games to pick. The rest could go either way or the favorite could be upset.

I know TB @ GB is one of them, and I agree although I picked TB to win (since team loyalty is more important to me than winning a competition, even if it does end up costing me 16 points), and I assume CAR @ NO is the other one you were talking about?
Ugh, I just hope they taught the 21 year old rookie QB how to move the feet. He stood still in the pocket like a statue when he was playing in the pre-season. (talking about TB starting Freeman as QB this weekend).

I was thinking Atlanta-Washington, so I guess there could be three easy games. The only thing about the New Orleans is that Carolina has won the last six games there, although with Delomme, that will end.

Ha, the Buccaneers in their creamsickle uniforms are tied with the Packers right now, 14-14, after returning a blocked punt for a touchdown! Maybe Chris Berman's pick of the Buccaneers by a score of 22 1/2 to 22 isn't that crazy.

man I am on the wrong side of a couple blow outs unless BAL and CHI get their acts together in the second half.

The Buccaneers are ahead 31-28 over the Pack, and they own the ball at the two-minute warning! It's the power of the orange sherbet uniforms!

And team loyalty pays off this weekend, as I'm the only one to get TB winning right. :lol
KC and JAX was a crapshoot, that and the ever unpredictable ARI are the only two games to cost me, leaving me at 5-2 for the earlies.

I am 6-1 with the early games, though the late games aren't look so far for me.

CAR has taken an early 1st quarter lead, but the Saints are renown for coming back from deficits so far this season, and there is still another half of the game to go. The SD and SF games are both looking close right now, and SEA/DET is closing back up again.
Jedi Master Carr

Saints tie up their game. Man, they are never out of any game. Every game is close now. 2 games tied, and the other two games close.
Edit what an ending in NY. SD saved their season there. The Giants are struggling 4 straight loses. New Orleans came back and won and the Titans look like the team last year. Too bad it is too late for them.
Xavier Synik

Man the Giant's are just killing themselves. Like WTF was that play calling on that last drive after the Rivers INT.
And can the 'hawks hold on against the Lions?
Edit: Guess that answer's that question.

Larry Johnson was released by the Chiefs today. All I can say it is about damn time. He was a cancer on that team and he is washed up now. Now the Chiefs can find a RB in the draft or off season. I would love if they could find a way to draft C.J. Spiller. They need a playmaker like him right now.

Luckily the Chiefs will probably draft top 5, so chances are good they'll have a shot at Spiller. :p

Whooo! I didn't do so hot this week, but I don't care! The Steelers looked great tonight! Aside from that first half and Chris Kemoeatu getting beaten like a rented mule on that strip-sack. But still!

I just went back and checked, and unless I've overlooked something, I think I'm actually 8-5, not 7-6. Wrong picks were CHI, GB, NYG, SF, and PHI. What's the 6th one I missed?

Sorry, guys, went through again and realized I got mixed up on the Jaguars-Chiefs game halfway through last night's tally, which gave quite a few of you one fewer point than you should've had. I'm pretty sure I have it sorted out now, but feel free to double-check your own score.
