Never again will I underestimate Washington's ability to lose a game. Even that has to trump Philadelphia's ability to lose to the Raiders...

In yet another cruel twist for the Tennessee faithful, the Titans are now 0-7 after their upset loss against their bye week...

I know, old joke.

Great minds think alike, I was actually trying to think of some kind of joke along that line but my tired brain failed me! :lol

Once more, there's a lot of scoring in the fourth quarter with the Steelers' defense on the field... only this time, it's the Steelers doing the scoring! Brett Kiesel with a sack-strip on Favre, scooped up by Lamar Woodley for a 78-yard TD return, and now Keyaron Fox intercepted a swing pass and returned it 82 yards for another score! All right Steelers!

Now, please, cover this kick!

Favre is sacked on the PIT 27, and the game is over! 27-17, huge game by the Steelers defense! :D :D :D

I smell a fine.

Seriously though, dude, look in front of you. There's no one you're trying to block, you're not carrying the ball. The ref really was hurt on that play, and I'm hoping he's okay.

Seriously Vikes, WTF? Two turnovers in the fourth quarter, both for defensive TD's? Un-f@#$ing-believable!!! What's worse, the 40 year old QB and a 6'8" 300+ lb O-lineman were the only ones within sight of the runner.

I doubt there will be a fine, Dugan was looking at Harvin, who up until that moment was coming straight in his direction. He did not mean to run over the ref.

Dolphins rolling over Saints with 2 TD's? WTF.

Holy cow, the Dolphins are taking the Saints apart! Two Drew Brees picks have been converted to TDs, and Ricky Williams had a 68-yard TD run. Halfway into the second quarter, the best offense in football has only 27 yards. Could be the second unbeaten to fall today.

59 yard TD Tony Romo to Miles Austin!!! :rollin

hahahaha, they missed the FG too. You can't beat the power of Yakety Sax.

Saints only down by 14 at halftime. With their offense they can comeback in the Second half.

Yog, is that a usage of the telecast or a picture, description, or account of the game without the NFL’s express written consent?!?!?!?!?!

Incidentally: Carolina Panthers. 317 total yards, 2 total points.

Urgh.. Falcons up to 14-17.

Edit: TD Cowboys! 24-14! :crack

Hopefully the :eek and the ?!?!?!?!?! adequately communicated the intended irony. :)

The Bengals sure are putting on a clinic. What's happening in Carolina is just embarrassing. 336 yards, 17 first downs, more than a ten-minute advantage in TOP, and the only points the Panthers have managed is a safety. The Bills are mounting an honest-to-goodness offensive drive for the first time in the game, and they already have two touchdowns.

Dang it, my late picks are not looking good.

Yeah, I thought so, but was not sure. In any event, a 6 second low resolution clip used for the purpose of quotation is well within the boundaries of fair use (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fair_use#Fair_use_on_the_Internet). :)

Plus the fact that, if you really took that disclaimer seriously, this entire thread would be prohibited by the NFL. Which, of course, is a joke. The disclaimer grossly overreaches the protection offered by copyright law.

Aaaaaand I think you can stick a fork in the Falcons now.

That INT ends this game. The Saints just dominated them in the second half outscoring Miami 36-10.
Great comeback by the Saints, they showed a lot of character in that comeback.

Edit
Cardinals pulled off a big upset of the Giants. If the Eagles win tomorrow night there will be a three way tie for first.

Lilaena De'Ville

The Saints started their comeback when my hubby showed up at Buffalo Wild Wings with our son in his Reggie Bush jersey. Owen says he has to wear it every week because 'they're on a streak.'

Well, he'd say that if he could!!!

Alex Smith better get the start next week, dammit. :grumble

The Redskins are just terrible. I still don't get how the Eagles lost to the Raiders last week. If they played like they did today they would have beat them handily. The Eagles are in good position if they can win out the next two division games.
