I'm trying to figure out what to do with myself and have decided to do a multi-threaded attack. I'm working on a few indie projects with friends, writing and planning a couple of projects for myself and researching MFA programs in either media or film around the country.

A friend of mine who went to the Art Institute there suggested I look at Columbia College. Initial examination has perked my interest, so a visit may be in order sometime in 2010.

:eee this is exciting! Columbia is a great school, even tho an asshole ex of mine is an Alumni XD

However, that is neither here nor there since it is an exceptional school :)

Yeah... actually - I think the chance of a relocation to Chicago is pretty good whether Columbia is part of it or not.

To continue on my current path I will either:
A - Stay in Salt Lake
B - Move to LA
C - Move to NY
D - Move to Chicago

Right now only option D makes me excited. Option C would be cool. I want to avoid B if I can for as long as I can... and A is well... I'm already here. What's the challenge in that?

Hah, that is true. LA is kinda inevitable, you do have a point. The one nice thing about the Midwest is you get all the weather, all in one day at times, and you really don't have to travel long ass distances for plane rides for plane rides most of the time :)

Plus it's Chicago! Lots to do and see!
