Hey, guys. I've had a bit of an emotional shakeup in my life recently, and I'm not sure how its going to affect my writing. The last couple of days I've been going nuts with writing to distract myself from thinking about it, but now I feel like my inspiration has been sucked right out of my head.

I know I've been spurring activity back into dormant threads; sorry if I wind up leaving you in the lurch. I'm not gone; just issuing a sort of heads up that I may not be quite as speedy in my responses for a little while as I usually am.

If it winds up as my turn in anything, and you find yourself waiting on me for more than, say, a week, let me know either in here or my Pensive thread and I'll get around to it as soon as I'm able.

Once again; sorry if I wind up stepping on anyone's creative mojo.

Managed a small, intermittant scattering of posts today, but my muse is still pretty much on-strike. I'll keep y'all posted!

If this is what you call your muse being on strike, then I propose we make a deal and swap ours. Cos with mine being on strike you're guaranteed long stretches of nothing to write whatsoever. i've been looking for a muse like yours for a while, cos it seems that even when it's on strike it makes you write better stuff than when i'm writing with my muse in full action...:lol

My muse and I sat down and had a long talk. Basically wound up with me bribing it with cake in return for inspiration. It'll work as a stop-gap in the short term, but I'm not sure my trousers'll be able to survive for much longer!
