I dunno if everyone involved with the An Errant Venture thread has access to the Imp boards where we'd been talking about this before, so I figured I'd move things out into the open for convenience. :)
Now we've got the vote of no confidence out of the way, there are only a couple more items we need to check off the list before things are covered.
First of all, we need to do the nominations for succession. Each candidate will require a nomination for a second. Gallus Tagge is one of those for Delgado; anyone want to volunteer as the second? Also, to prevent this from being a one-horse race, I'd like someone to nominate Yuno Zora, the incumbant Prex. We can always use background NPCs to do the seconding, but it'd be nice if we could at least have a player character to nominate him initially.
Following the nominations, we'll go into a recess. The grand plan is for Delgado to convince Yuno to withdraw himself from contention so that Delgado is guarenteed to become the new XO; in return, Delgado will allow him to remain as Prex, and -insert various other bribes here-. Then we'll reconvene, Delgado will have his big speach that'll establish how everything is going to work, and we'll be done setting the scene.
After that...I guess we'll see what happens. Lol.
