Fast & Furious

I saw this tonight and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's true. I saw the original in the cinema years ago, it was the first DVD I bought which was played to death because DVD made cars look sexy back then, now there's this Blu-Ray malarky which is all the rage but what do these geeks know, huh?

Anyway, yes, I have seen neither 2 Fast 2 Furious or Tokyo Drift and nor do I have any intention of seeing them. I went to see this fourth film because it took us back chronologically to a story featuring the original characters, and while I use the term "story" loosely, I was still entertained from start to finish so there. Mindless popcorn fun featuring the bulletproof Vin Diesel with his magic bald head! Hurrah!

I saw it on Friday night with my girlfriend, her som and my nephew. My Girlfriend fell asleep but the two boys(aged 9 & 10) loved it. Tons of action, great car chases and really nice cars. Thats about all you need and it worked.

Hubby and I saw it last night - its a fun summertime movie. Granted, it came out in the spring, but it was in the 70s yesterday so we just went with it. ;) We liked it!

I ate too much popcorn. :x
