We had a power blackout at 3am on Tuesday, and by the time they restored it at 3pm, the nets wasn't working. So my mum called up the ISP tonight and they told us we had been suspended because our account had been flagged as having sent 54000 spam emails (about viagra etc) !

Anyway, they just turned the account back and it seems to be working.. but I'm treading carefully for the time being.
