With my monitor.

I can only read partial threads for some reason.

"Into the Rabbit's Hole" for me only goes to page 2 #24 post, but in the main forum it says it has #38 replies.

And its happened again with "Our Darkest Days" by Sanja Tagge..I can only read the first two Heading lines.

Have I clicked on something do you think?

Try reading Our Darkest Days now, see if anything more is showing.

I'm guessing this is somehting to do with the way I've formatted the posts.

No luck.

This is all I see:

The post is cut off abruptly with the "Quick Reply" screen.

It is the same on Vega's #24 post in Rabbits hole. I cant move beyond it.

I am totally at a loss for what I've done in those posts to make that happen, then. Can you read other threads I've posted in (specifically roleplays), correctly? Also do you get the same result if you change style sets?

I tried reading them under a different nic and also signing out completely, same result. So odd :\

What was going on, or do we still not know?

I think it was to do with some of the html formatting in the posts.

I was using the WYSIWYG editor, and when I switched from that to... a different editor, and removed the html tags which the editor had added by itself (style tags, primarily)... seemed to fix it.

Weird that it would affect only Hera...

Could be whatever browser she is using.

Sometimes Vega posts do leave weird formatting at the end of the page. I just never thought about it before.

I just write my posts in OpenOffice and then paste them in to reply o_O

No more WYSYJYGING for you!

I use IE.

IE renders dramatically differently than Mozilla browsers, Webkit (Safari/Google Chrome), or Opera.

As a side note, it is not advised to use IE for general browsing. It is a magnet for viruses and malware.

So basically you're having unprotected sex with the Internet.

And the internet gets around, if you know what I mean. :x

Well, thats a rather awful analogy.

Thanks for the advice/info though folks.

Edit: Not thinking clearly...Suggestions for a browser then that I should use?

Most people here use Mozilla Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/), has great compatibility and lots of features, but Opera (http://www.opera.com/download/) is also very good (I use it myself). Lately, a new browser emerged from google, Google Chrome (http://www.google.com/chrome) and it has a lot of potential, but it is still a little basic and beta (one day, it will be the king of browsers). All 3 of these you can import the bookmarks from Internet Explorer.
