Star Trek, Watchmen, Terminator; I wouldn't describe it as my "most anticipated", but I'm looking forward to Harry Potter and Wolverine as well. There's also a couple of Jason Statham films out (Transporter 3 and Crank 2, or something) which I'm bound to end up watching.
Aside from that though, I haven't seen all that many films due out next year that grab my attention, which is a shame.

How the hell are they having a Crank 2? That is stupid. The first one was stupid enough, but this is logic-defying.
I really want to see Star Trek, and also Defiance.

OOOOO A new Transformers movie? sign me up!
And BTW, pls stab yourself in the eyes if you want to see a F&F, those are excrement of the highest order and cause real drifters / racers no end of trouble.
Up!, new Pixar is definatly on the must see list. Plus Wolverine and Terminator. Nothing else really grabs me so far.

Just a trailer (http://www.apple.com/trailers/miramax/doubt/)but I was glued to it through its length. Hopefully the full movie is as interesting. Powerful actors at their best.

The only film I can think of that has me interested is Star Trek, and that's with some reservations. I've lost interest in the Harry Potter films since so much I hear about the direction they're being taken is discouraging.
However, I checked out the trailer and that scene from Doubt, and I would really like to check it out sometime. It looks very gripping indeed.

This new F&F intrigues me as it contains an '87 GNX.
And, yes, I have gone to see movies just for the cars, before.

The only movie I will probably see in theatres this year is the new Friday the 13th. Should make for an awesome Valentines Day weekend :cool

Friday the Thirteenth:counting down the days, and only hopes they did not screw it up , like Robb did with "Halloween" although I did enjoy it, it just was not what I wanted as a fan . I'm like Mandy, I'm sure it will be the only movie I see at the theater this year. Maybe F&F 4, but not sure.

From what I've seen in the trailer, it looks great. But I love that whole franchise, so I'm completely biased. :)

Terminator: Salvation
Wolverine
Avatar
Fanboys
Star Trek
Metal Gear Solid (I've put this here due to IMDB stating it'll be this year, but since there's been no info released apart from Hideo Kojima writing it and Kurt Wimmer directing, who knows!)

Oh, and I'm going to be dragged to see "He's Just Not That Into You" by my boss >_< If anyone sees it, give me a review XD Ok, I'm not good at reviews like cmj, and all and I'm biased due to my love of the Friday movie's, like you and Banner so I'll make it simple. It's Good, not great but well worth 10 bucks. It didn't feel like a Jason movie, but yet it had the elements of it. You could at times forget you were watching a 13th movie until jason showed up. Some cool kills, and some good humor(the asian guy and the black guy). Too much T&A but it is a 13th movie lol!! the boring parts were too long and the best scene's were too short. Good acting (sans the redneck pot guy) Jason is a bad SON OF A GUN!!!!!!!! Mears did a great job IMHO. The getting the Mask scene was too simple, but worked. The opening was a great idea, but they didn't pull it off, but it needed to be there. The ending will remind you of a 13th movie. I really need to see it again before I could make an honset review due to the fact I was too busy critiqing(sp) it. But I really can't wait to see it again. It is a revison for sure aimed to this generation.

I'm not excited about Angels and Demons at all. I was disappointed with The DaVinci Code because it just didn't live up to the book. I know films are never as good as the books they're based on (Jaws being the exception for me, and to a lesser extent Jurassic Park - maybe Spielberg's just got it down) but I really didn't enjoy it. So rather than read the book first this time I'll wait and read it afterwards - sae the best 'til last, so to speak.

People got angry that Ron Howard's movie was too much like the book, which is kind of was! But I didn't think that was a bad thing??

The best thing about the movie though was Ian Mckellan chewing up the scenery. I guess its Ewan Mcgregor's turn in this one.
