I buggered my shoulder

I spent $50 and an hour and a half to know that I did not break or tear anything in my shoulder last night. Ugh. I've been instructed to take it easy for at least a week. I self medicated with some beer. Beer is good.

I woke up and at least it's feeling better. Stupid disc golf.

Oh noes! :hug Rub some arnica gel on it, helps loads. When James dislocated his shoulder last month, he put it on two or three times a day and within a couple of days his mobility was greatly increased and the pain was down.

It's stiff today, but only uncomfortable. Still beer medicating. Will switch to ibprofen (sp?) on Monday.

Hope it turns out well. I've just had shoulder surgery myself (no recent accident or anything - it's been buggered for nearly 5 yrs now) and while I'm glad it's fixed the whole 'rest-and-recover' period is a pain in the neck, especially as I can't work for at least 8 weeks. :\
