Droo, Peter, whoever else happens to be in the UK at the time,

It is my 22nd birthday on January 30th. At this time, my parents will be away enjoying an all-inclusive holiday in Egypt, leaving me with an empty house, no job commitments and a desire to drink myself into a stupor.

So, who wants to come party?

tl;dr - come to newcastle for the weekend, stay at my place, get drunk

If this is the right "New Castle" this would be a long drive to get there :p
Maybe going by train and airplane might be faster.

12 hours, 36 minutes?

You Europeans are wimps. ;) I mean that affectionately. A 12 hr drive is nothing. :p But then, we can drive 12 hours and not fall into the ocean, so I suppose we get more practice, lol!

Wimp?;) If you Americans were not driving so slow all the time you would reach your destination in 6 instead of 12 hours. :twak

Its not that they're slow; they just have to drive further to avoid obstacles because their cars can't handle going round corners. ;)

I have an exam on the 30th. >_< Lousy university.

Not sure if I'm working that weekend. I won't know 'til I'm back in work on the 5th of January. I'll have a look and see if I'm off/can book it off and let you know.

My initial thought was "Nah!" since I don't talk to you that much and it might be weird just turning up to yours for the weekend. But I saw 'Yes Man' last night and decided to hell with it - so if I am not working I'm all for it. Alas I cannot be as spontaneous as Jim Carrey - unlike you, Jenny, I do have work commitments...damnit! :p

You can just come for a day if you want. After a few drinks we'd get along just fine :lol

So how was your party? Did anyone from the board make it there? Any cool pictures?

I hope it was great.
