We were at a bar last night with a friend. I don't remember how many beers I drank, and then I had a buttery nipple, and more beer after that.

Here's a little former smoker encouragement;

I smoked a pack a day+ for 25 years. I successfully quit this past March via a six week nic patch regimen. I still miss it some, but damn do I feel, taste, and smell better.

I'm at a pack every two days. It's a pretty steady pace that hasn't changed or deviated up or down since I started.
