Arya Ravenwing yelled as the huge Twi-lek bouncer lived up to his job description and bounced her into the street. Splashing into the mud and trying to keep upright by digging one leg determinedly into the ground as he shoved her, the tall smuggler cursed at him in his native language.
He said nothing, just pushed harder, and Arya fell down, her left half getting coated in mud. The bouncer dusted off his hands, but he signed something extremely rude to her with his lekku before returning inside the Squirming Larvae or whatever it was called. Arya sat up in the mud, flicking her hands to rid them of the slimy stuff.
The clouds above her chose that moment to open up in a downpour of rain.
Chin length black hair slicked down to her head by the deluge, the smuggler got to her feet slowly. Beautiful jewel? Only a Hutt would think this was pretty. Head buzzing slightly, Arya stumbled forward, heading down the street towards the next bar, despite her bedraggled appearance.
It was then she saw the knot of stormtroopers headed towards her. For a moment her brain didn't compute - there was no Imperial presence on the Hutt planet, and then she was trying to hide her face without looking like she was trying to hide her face. Hey, its harder than it sounds!
Arya was so close to the troop that they could have reached out and touched her.
