Gotta question for the mods

Would it be all right if Kazaar, Estelle, and Mili targeted an Imperial High General on Coruscant during this (http://sw-fans.net/forum/showthread.php?t=18447). He'd be an NPC and I don't even know if he'd end up getting killed or if they decide to not go after him at all. Just wanted to double-check before posting.
