Sharing with you all both of the custom lightsabers I have put together.

Parts for them were bought from the Custom Saber Shop, as well as a few pieces being fabricated by myself. Both use soundboards taken out of the Master Replicas FX Lightsabers, both are powered by 4AAA batteries (giving 6v), and both use a single 3watt Luxeon LED to light up the blade.

The blades are 1" thin walled poly-tubes with two layers of film inside. Both use double wrap of what is listed as "Corbin's Film" from the custom shop, and also with the double wrap I used 6' of normal clear cellophane to help evenly distribute the light. The sith saber is really bright. It out shined the light side saber which I am using a Cyan colored LED.

here is the link to the folder they are in... http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v30/soopatroopa/customsabers/

Wow those are really impressive. Making them for hobby, or are you selling them?

Thanks! :)

Yes, the Sith saber is my fav too lol.

I started doing this as a hobby, but decided that I probably will do a couple to sell.
