Figure this is a tried & true barometer with other folks doing it too, so here goes. I know a bunch of these I hardly ever use at best, but I figure I'll test the waters and re-evaluate how I am doing here. Who knows, maybe I'll change things up and post more lol:

The only two characters of yours I've really read are the ones I've done threads with, so that really just leaves Batdude and Neutron.
Marty makes me smile because he tries so hard but loses his grip on things when stuff flies out of control, which is very much what teenagers tend to do. I think that Marty is an interesting assortment of different teenage types. He's a loveable, nose-for-justice junkie and for some reason I'm ok with that.
Neutron scares the snot out of me. Plain and simple. He's not afraid of pain, which makes him extraordinarily intimidating. You definitely get the idea that if he had the skin boiled off his body, he'd laugh at you and blow you up anyway. I like it a lot. :)

I know woefully little about most of your SW characters now :( I might be missing something, but I feel as if we haven't seen Anbira in a long time. I'd like to know what he's up to!
Mutants... Batdude is my favorite because of all his quirkiness (and the fact that he seems like such a normal kid in spite of being a bat), though I did really like the interactions between Vertis and Evelyn / Mercure.
Denix is really something. There is a definite feeling history about the character, which I guess comes down to your passion for the setting - or at least what you are using as inspiration in your head for the setting :mneh

Not much to say about Sanis and Cirr, aside from how much fun it is to read them. Not to mention how they interact with each other. Some of their little spats are fun to picture in my mind :) We need to do more fun threads between Sanis and s'Il.
And Taataani! That crazy old catlady definitely needs to make her comeback.
I have to admit, I like Karrnage quite a bit. It's interesting to see how he interacts with the things that are so far outside of his element, and the way he acts with Tak is really cute in its' own way.
Dan and Zem are fun too, in that kind of 'old people' type of way. A lot of the stuff that's written in the present setting seems a lot more deep due to the past threads we wrote for the three. Dan I like because you write him as someone it seems who's had a singular thing in mind his entire life, and then had a kid thrown into the mix, so now it's like he's finding out that there's more to life than just fighting the Empire.
With Zem, I think it's a lot more quiet, like a slow burn type of thing. The way you write him draws a person in, especially knowing the history he has with s'Il.
Decepis you need to do more with though :p Just so mean and perfectly evil.
As far as Xmen, I always enjoy reading Marty and Henri. They're so different from each other, and your styles of writing each are great.
Randall I like because he's just like a regular guy who's been thrown into a hugely irregular situation. I'm really looking forward to future threads with him.
Jack I also like to read, since I'm really curious to see which direction you'll be taking him.
And all of your Justice characters I love. I don't have a favorite, since they're all so well written and interesting the farther we go along.

I'm terribly behind on reading your stuff. :uhoh Frankly, I'm terribly behind on reading everything. However!
I like Zem a lot. I think your avatar choice for him, however, is wrong. He shouldn't look that old. 40s maybe 50s, but not 70s. I love his threads in the past and all his interactions with Lok (those that I've read, anyway). It really explains and sheds a lot of light on how he is in the present. And I understand the whole 'beaten down' thing he's got going on and how that might make him look older, I just think the picture choice is wrong and it always bugs me when I'm trying to read him in the present storylines. lol HOWEVER, that doesn't mean you have to change it, I know you like it. ;)
Zem is really a complicated character and I hope he gets to taste some redemption. I feel like he deserves it. :)

I comment only on those I have any sort of experience with or have read through to form an opinion! :D
Upward style!
Denix - I loves. In that RP he is my fav and if I could figure out a decent way to hop into that thread I would have done so long ago. I read the whole thing and it was a joy, but I feel so far behind! >_< I might have to catch you on AIM and have you shop talk with me.
All your X-men personalities are individual and so entertaining. Neutron is probably my fav only because he makes me do this little cackle thing on occaison. :lol
Your Vanguard dudes are major pain in my RP heiny, just so you know. But that's the point! So well done! :D
As for your SW guys, I read them lots but aside from Byl while I was mostly NPC'd as Rhianna during a hiatus, I don't think we have anything going!
Intervention! We'll have to chat. :)

SANIS PRENT: I have always and ever liked Sanis (old and new). He is the kind of character you want around, as long as you are on the same page ;). The new Sanis however is not the charming rogue of the pre-set, he seems more serious to me. Perhaps because he is more serious? Plus, the old Sanis had more fingers in more pies in more bakeries in more Systems. You seem to rp him in a much more limited arena. Much to my disappiointment.
CIRR: I think I am a stickler for the olden days or something, as I really miss the dopey, clumsy, absolutely adorable Cirr of the pre-set. I still enjoy the new Cirr, but I find he doesnt stand out as much.
DAN THE MAN: This character I love. I like his gruffness, his old-school way, his old-man-ish-ness. He is a dry, tough, direct character. Reminds me of a tough ol' cowboy type who kills a man because its necessary, or it was him or them and doesnt loose any sleep over it. You write him really really well, as you always do all your characters.
BYL LAPROVIK: Gotta say, one of the BEST avatars EVER. You need to do more with him, with us rebels. End of opinion. :)
PS) In case ppl havent noticed, I barely read any but SW Universe. I just dont have the time to get into the other forums xmen, myth etc. So I cannot comment on these characters.
PSS) I havent seen Anibra in what seems years either.

Maybe it's just that I read a lot, but I really do like pretty well all your characters. ^_^

This! Cirr was my favorite character of yours pre-reset. Not to say I don't like any of your other characters cos I like Sanis, Dan, Zem esp. and your X-men. Cirr was just different, I guess and that's why I liked him.

It was really hard to have any characterization with Cirr pre-reset because hie was almost too dumb. I know it was endearing to a point, but I've also tried to keep him a bit clumsy and out of it in the post-reset as well. About the only thing he's got any smarts for is working on engines, so he's about as white trash as any Cizerack can get I suppose.
