I have to apologize for being all-but-absent over the past few weeks. The reason is that I've been gearing up to move to Lubbock, Texas, where I'll be pursuing a master's in technical communication at Texas Tech University. I leave from my home in the Cincinnati area on Saturday and will be arriving in Lubbock on Monday, then moving into my apartment and getting settled in over the course of the next week.

All this is to say that I'm likely to continue to be a rare sight for a while until I'm fully settled, and then I'm going to be launching into the world of graduate school. I'm going to try to keep up with the threads I'm currently running, even if it's intermittently, but I'm likely going to have to scale back on RP to make room for class work and TA responsibilities.

Well, I'm here in Lubbock and moved into my new digs. Orientation starts on Monday, and my classes start a week from Tuesday.

I've still got a lot of unpacking and organizing left before the deluge, but I'm going to try to get back into a posting rhythm again and salvage some of my threads.

It'll take me a bit to get around to them all, but if you're waiting on me, feel free to post here and remind me!
