One tradition I've seen and I've never really understood is why some people seem to want to keep their cake and for as long as some do. I know one couple who still has the top of their cake seven years since, in deep freeze. I know it's one of the most momentous days in ones life and we all like to keep something to remind us of days when our bonds seemed most enduring and inseparable, but golly not all nostalgia perseveres quite the same or leaves the best taste in your mouth in later days.

Have your cake, but eat it too, before it grows too stale.;)

Pedicures are awesome. Your feet are like... fantastic afterwards. Of course, I've had a grand total of two pedicures in my entire life. I wish I could have one every month.
