signature issues

Anybody know why my avatar would say 403 forbidden? I use uploader.chipszone.net and it work perfectly fine the other day. Is this a problem on their end?

Your avatar looks fine to me... I'm not sure whats wrong wth your signature, though

whoops that is what I meant not sure why I wrote avatar. I am thinking maybe it is an issue with the site but it seems up to me unless I am using too much bandwidth.

I know it is strange never been a problem before. Unless they are just having some problems over the 4th july weekend.
