Me and Lance are going to have a booth there with our new comic distribution Haven! (http://www.havendistro.com/) :D We're going to have people there manning the booth and some of the people we pimp out (who, i have no idea XD)

Not sure what our booth number is yet, but wanted to throw this out here in case anyone from fans is going :)

I feel silly I don't have any details as to what the booth is going to have at this point, but right now studying for the NCLEX is more important.

The UK has big geek conventions too. I just never hear about them until after the fact, and they're always down south.

The only one I ever attended was a small con in Dublin back in 2001 - although it was big enough to get Kenny Baker to attend (and I got an autograph ... wheeeeee!)

I decided that I couldn't call myself a real geek without going to at least one Star Trek convention, so I went to one in Brighton a few years ago. Robert Picardo singing "I got you babe" is a memory that I'll take to my grave. ;)

I keep meaning to get to one of the bigger nerd gatherings, but I never get around to it. I was supposed to "chaperone" a bunch of friends down to a manga/anime convention a couple of years ago (Joe Flannigan was going to be there >_<) but it never happened. I'll have to pester people until they agree to come with me next time there are people I wanna see. :lol

Hey Jen, we need to get some planning done if we really want to do that whole drive from east to west thing next year.... although I'm not sure if I'll even have enough to pay for a flight over, with the way things are going, nevermind accommodation somewhere... *grumbles*

I don't know that I'd be able to afford a cross-continent trek, my finances aren't great either... but Raz has been kind enough to offer me a place to stay and a van to travel in around the time that the Con is on :D
