* WARNING: The following article covers something just damn wrong. *

I just caught this article on Google News. I read it, and seriously think this world has gone off the deep end.

Click here (http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5iscBPJrU2CD3fEmT2_e0ww8bq4xgD91AQFU00). (Seriously, you've been warned.)

I don't even know why I'm sharing this, it's insane.

Why the hell wouldn't someone turn their car around and do something besides dialing 911. Since when was it acceptable to observe something like this and do nothing to prevent it or put a stop to it.

Edit: People did stop and attempt to end it, but couldn't because they were overpowered.

People did stop.

Horrified passers-by tried to intervene by yelling and pushing the infant's attacker, but the man pushed them away as he repeatedly kicked, punched and stomped the child against the pavement.
A Stanislaus County sheriff's helicopter was flying in the area and responded to the scene within six minutes of the first 911 call. Officers in the helicopter could see the suspect beating a child in the roadway and because patrol deputies were still several minutes away, they decided to land in a field near the man's vehicle, Singh said.

The first 911 call went in at 10:15.

That's so incredibly wrong. It just makes me want to huggle my little girl and give her a cookie.

Isnt he already dead? I thought he was shot by the police.

He was, and he's dead. Thank god.

I hope he gets the death penalty.

The fact that he's already dead aside, why would you advocate this?

Wow...that is disgustingly horrible. And they will probably never find out what caused him to go psycho on that poor little baby :(
