Great weekend, Hulk should do 53-57 million which is great for it consider the awful WOM of the previous film. The Happening is a huge shock to me. It should do 30-35 million didn't see that coming. Maybe M Night is having a bit of a comeback.

I don't think it will finish second. Kung Fu Panda should have a better multiplier. I see it making 35-38 million. The Happening making over 30 is great for M night though.

I heard the Happening has an awful ending something to do with the plot. I saw half the Hulk today but the power went out and got a rain check to see it again. I might try to go back tonight if they let me in.

The Hulk did good considering how hated the first film was. I think it will make 150. Based of the WOM The Happening will be lucky to hit 80.

I was originally going to go see The Happening until it started getting eviscerated by critics and the horrific WOM. It immediately went onto my "I'll rent the DVD" list.

Somewhat begrudgingly, I decided to go see The Incredible Hulk since it was getting decent reviews and very positive WOM.

I chose wisely. The Incredible Hulk is simply terrific. :clap

That is the same here. I think M Night needs to stop writing his own stuff. He is a great director but he is a horrible writer.
