I'm not totally sold on Speed Racer... I don't know what to expect from it.

I be shocked if Speed Racer did that high, I was thinking it do more in the 20-40 range. Not sure what Vegas will do. Ashton hasn't done a big movie in a while and Cameron Diaz has been inconsistent as a draw.

Heh I can understand that, it is a difficult film go gauge because it has some family audience. I know kids like cars so who knows.

Good point but I think it won't kick Iron Man from his well deserved place. But this movie certainly has some potential to surprise us in the family department: All in all it looks like Hotwheels the movie :D

Well the reviews didn't give it very good signs. I thought maybe the whole car thing would get kids out but it was hard to read that film. I think the Wachorski brothers career is pretty much finished. WB will probably cut their ties with them.
