Website for instant buy & download of games?

Okay, maybe a year or two or so I saw this link to some website that one could get games instantly (for payment) and download them... Didn't think much about it back then since there wasn't anything in particular I was interested in (I already got Oblivion :p), but I am trying to get my hands on Star Wars: Republic Commandos (PC version) at the moment, and I do not want to get the German version, and I don't want to wait a few weeks for Amazon to get their act together and send me an English copy.

So.... does anyone know some place I can download it? For free, but I don't care if I have to pay as long as I get it instantly.

I can't think of any download websites that would have it - but might I recommend Play.com?

Steam, but it doesn't have any Lucasarts titles.

Yeah but Play.com won't let me buy anything since I don't have a UK address.....

You just have to select Euros instead of Pounds, I think... under where it says shopping basket. They definitely ship to Europe.
