Digital Scrapbooking

Hey creative types, I'm just curious to see if anyone else does this? I've been trying to scrapbook my pictures for ages (read: haven't been doing it at all, its all gathering dust) and have recently hit upon digital scrapbooking as a solution.

So, anyone else scrapbook digitally? And if you do, how do you get your pages printed up?

That is exactly what I'm talking about!

You can get the 12X12 pages printed up via shutterfly for a fairly reasonable price, I think, as long as you do it in batches of 21 or more at a time. They'll even bind them into a photobook for you, but that's pretty spendy.

I spent all of yesterday downloading free digiscrapping content. ^_^; I did one layout, but the file size is enormous so I can't share what they look like at this point.

I like the fact that this way I can reuse a paper/background as many times as I want without having to rebuy it. :p

Well, I've started in on Owen's baby book. Some of my earlier work I'm not too fond of but I did this page yesterday and I love it :D

I love love love that one photo of you making the heart on your belly! We've got one similar to it, with Ben's hands around Rhys' little baby feet.

What a wonderful project and cool thing for Owen to have when he's older. :hug

:lol if he can pry it out of my hands! But then a cool thing about scrapping digitally is that you can have the entire album re-printed on a whim.
