Okay, so my ex ordered something online for my son's birthday and had it sent a couple of weeks ago. When it didn't arrive I emailed him to ask about it and he tells me it should have been here on the 18th at 7:26PM So I went to ask the neighbors across the way cuz they usually pick up packages for us when we're not home. They didn't know a thing about a package and I asked if they even knew if UPS delivered on Presidents Day. They said they did. Then my other neighbors came down and I asked them and they said they saw a package laying outside of my door. Then they told me a story about how the people above us had tried stealing their granddaughter's red wagon that sits outside of their doorway. When they came home the idiots had it halfway down the stairs. Not only that, we had to call the cops on them only days before this package supposedly arrived for having a loud party. What kind of sickos would steal from a three year old?!

Have you, ya' know, asked them if they "found" the package? Or are you just basing this on your neighbor's hearsay?
You called the cops on them? Did you talk to them first? Ask them to lower the music to reasonable levels (I wonder, could this be revenge?).
Sucks that your son's present went missing :(

I was afraid to ask them to lower their music due to certain circumstances. They are very rude, put a note on my door(with swearwords galore) because several people have turned them in(including myself, I'll admit), and I overheard their drunk friends saying something along the lines of "snitch" and "kill" when they were leaving the night of the party. They are loud when they leave and sound travels through our doors easy. I didn't have my TV on or anything so I heard what was said loud and clear. On top of that when they first moved here I did go upstairs when they were being loud and ask them to keep it down and they completely blew me off. Everyone in the building has a problem with them but they like to pin it all on us because we live below them. But they park in everyone's parking places even though their guests are not allowed to, and everyone can hear their loud music. But yeah, I know this was an act of revenge and I'm too afraid to confront them. Not only was their music loud but they were stomping around so hard that they were rattling my son's door as if someone had their hand on the handle and was shaking it as hard as they could. I almost thought he was awake and wanted out but he wasn't. He was tossing and turning and even whining because he was getting disturbed from his peaceful sleep. It was midnight afterall.
UPS is doing an investigation. My ex called and said a man took the package. The package was delivered when we were at the store.

Yeah I guess the old people upstairs saw a different package at my doorstep that was delivered that wasn't stolen. Another package for my son my sister sent for his birthday. It wasn't the one I was looking for that is missing. So whoever this guy was that took it is the one that stole it. I dunno who all lives up there. Apparently there's a pregnant woman and some other woman. If they find out it was them I hope it gets their butts booted out of here. Jerks. It's one thing to steal from me, but it's sickening that someone would steal from my child. He didn't do anything to them.

lol Ok... Looks like my ex sent it to the wrong address. We used to live at LM's parents for a short time and he sent it there without telling me. I could kick him for doing that to me. I've been seething all day. But I guess it's also my inlaws' fault for taking so long to tell us the package arrived over there too. Jeez.
