Nar Shaddaa Market Place

Since we're in the process of adding another group (the Pirates) who will be based off Nar Shaddaa, I was wondering if there was any general interest for a forum on that sub-area called "The Black Market" which would be used for two things:

1. IC shopping: a place for anyone who wants to buy something legal or illegal.

2. OOC stuff: if anyone's looking for something, or since there seems to be some kind of goodies exchange going on.....
