Tornados in the south - 48 reported dead

Some vicious storms in the south states during the night, a string of tornadoes, up to F5 strength :(

Eh we had some nasty storms here last night too but nothing like that.... was an obstacle course this morning trying to drive through the woods to work... complete with dodging falling trees and flying branches.... at one point there was a roadsign that had got dislodged and was being flapped around in the middle of the street..... I probably shouldn't have driven to work but I don't get paid for non-attendance, and the storm wasn't everywhere..... mneh....

I'm amazed that we didn't get any of that. Worst we got was slightly high winds, but thats it. It was so balmy yesterday that it really should have been a nasty storm. We were lucky.
