A bowl of homemade beef barley completely from scratch with beef from a local butcher and the fat carefully removed from the broth. Fresh, homemade squash (bright, bright orange in color; squash bought at a farmer's market). Aaaand yellow string beans (from whole foods) with just a dash of pepper.

Mmm, mom's cooking :)

What's in my 'fridge at school:
- Assorted vegetables (carrots, celery, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes) (organic)
- Kalamata & chive hummus (organic)
- PB&J (organic)
- Fage Greek yogurt and honey
- Liter of apple cider (organic, 100% apple, no other ingredients)

Aaand I have 15 grain bread for that PB&J, and I have TLC crackers for that hummus.

But, I'm a food nut.

TLC cookies are to die for. TLC is just a great brand. Man, I feel like running to trader joe's right now and picking up a box. Mmmmm...

They're made out of some sort of heavy dough over there.... if you ever had a proper Pretzel, you'd know that the original version tastes much better. They're light and fluffy and soft. They don't make you feel like you've got a large boulder occupying your stomach after eating them.
