So...in case you don't want to click the link, The Queen of England plays the Nintendo Wii. This makes her my second favorite non-American head of state, right behind Vladimir Putin.

EDIT: The King of Spain is pretty cool as well.

Why do you like Vladimir Putin of all people? I mean I guess he's okay if you like ice cold jiu-jitsu murderers for heads of state but I'm not sure that's great.

I just like him because he says things that entertain me. I know he's a soulless monster (I mean, he was the head of the KGB) who just wants power, but he was chosen as Time Magazine's man of the year and he's a sarcastic bastard.

I liked that article as well but he's still a ruthless autocrat and gets people murdered quite brazenly. I mean Hitler painted, and Idi Amin wore a kilt but they still suck.

No, the Queen is awesome because she got bombed in the Blitz as a young lady, has done a remarkable job keeping the family intact, has made many policies which exemplify common sense, and on top of it all as the levity to enjoy a fun, innovative gaming system alongside her grandson.

The only thing innovate about the Wii is making videos of pretending to do scat porn with the Wiimote.

I may be Canadian, and yeah, the Queen is awesome, but she's just another person just like you and me. Mind you, I've thought that ever since I was twelve and got to meet her.

I remember hearing about some nursing homes using the Wii as therapy for arthritis and such. Kind of cool if you ask me.
