It's hard to find much cheer in such a predicament. It's not a comforatble feeling not knowing if you are going to recieve healthcare, especially if you are in a position where you need to look after someone who is chronically ill, mentally ill or disabled or if you have an emergency situation.

I have a form of autism and some other mild disabilities, so I know how that goes..

It might be nice, if you are able, to try to find a way to set some time aside for yourself. Maybe create a ritual around a relaxing activity, like a bath. I personally like a nice scrub with a medium soft brush and some aromatic salts or a cream, before a soak in a nice warm tub. It smooths and softens the skin as well. :D

I have major depression and a bunch of other things that require expensive medication to keep until control. I really need those and it'd cost us $500+ a month for that alone excluding therapy and what not. I also have two young kids so yeah, need it. Their reason listed is confusing and I cant contact my worker til after the New Year. For some reason they seem to think my child support payments were increased when they weren't. What a time to send a letter like that. Merry Christmas and oh yeah, Happy Birthday. I hate dealing with these government people. Blah.

Turns out it was a fluke. A computer error. It closed several other cases for the same reason and my case is being fixed as we speak. :) I'm much happier now. So much so I could cry.
