It's Thanksgiving Weekend (The Awesome Canadian One)

Which means I'm back home. Hello everybody!

Any other Canadians enjoy a great meal today? I swear home cooked food has never tasted so great. I'm thinking about nabbing one of the pumpkin pies and boxing it so I can take it back with me. Pumpkin pie is what makes Thanksgiving great.

Also posting just to let people know I'm kickin' about, and would be happy to post in some roleplays. I recently got my cable hooked up in TO but I have a few bugs to sort out up there which will allow me to view this website. Have gotten some ideas to fix the problem while I've been here and should be up and posting soon. My apologies to those whom I've left hanging since September.

Leftover shrimp for lunch with hazelnut fudge cake! Not especially Thanksgivingish but yummy nonetheless. Plus Vancouver won the game yesterday so there's lots of celebratory cheer lurking about.

Didn't see the Canucks game. Was it intense or did Vancouver have it locked down in the first period? I watched the Montreal vs. Toronto game. Unfortunately the Leafs won it, but that was a really amazing game.

Oh man it was freaking awesome. Five seconds left in the final overtime and Daniel Sedin did it, 4-3 win over Calgary.

And how much do we love Nazzy? THIS MUCH.

EDIT: Ahahahaha, I just reread your post, and did a quadruple-take. The Leafs won? As in the Toronto Maple Leafs? Bahaha, man the Canadiens must really be ashamed. That's hilarious.

Yes, because on special eating occassions, I must get all the delicious homecooking I can (because I barely cook for myself) :uhoh

...and it helps that I have american relatives, so we get to have two thanksgivings. Plus my mum got a cat for thanksgiving (or rather, a teeny baby kitten found her!) :D We named her Kitler because she has a Hitler moustache.

We have a few wild cats that roam campus. Their names are Wild Adolf, Chairman Meow, and Rachel, please don't kill me. Somebody feeds them by hiding bowls of food in bushes and stuff, and they travel via the storm drains. None of 'em are up for being randomly adopted by students, tho.
