Trying to rmember an old game

I think this comes from one of the old Command and Conquer games, but I'm not sure if it does, and if it does, which one it was.

A voice comes on at the main menu and says, "Shall we play a game?". And it sounds very creepy. Very very creepy.

It sounds like it was spoken by an 85 year old woman. And the way that she said it...*BRRR*.

Just trying to remember what the game title was.

I found it, after quite a bit of digging. It's called Wargames: Defcon 1, and was released Jun 30th, 1998.

Now for a question of my own. I came across references to a recently released game on steam, called Defcon. Has anyone played this game, and if so, is it any good?

Defcon is supposed to be very good, but I have not played it.
