I just got my copy of NCAA Football 2008 at EB Games at about 12:08 am last night. I pre-ordered it about four weeks ago, so I felt obligated to attend the release "party." Lemme tell ya, for a release party, it sucked. They need to hit up some SW events to figure out how to release something.
Anyway, is anyone else got it/renting it/playing it? Obviously, it's a massive improvement over last year's effort to simply port the game over from PS2 and XBox to 360. It's a full game now, complete with a real Dynasty mode, Campus Legend, mini-games, and the ability to save photos and any play - and I mean, ANY play - as a highlight, which will play in the background of the main menu in your "trophy" room.
Better looking player models, better player motion (although, they can and will improve on it as they keep making these games), stadiums look good, good sound, excellent presentation and lifelike player feel.
Anybody got any thoughts?
