Any Shadow pilots around, jump in. :)
If you would like to RP a Shadow Squadron pilot post here with a brief bio and we'll most likely approve you, give you a rank, and let you join in too.
This was semi-planned with Travis North, who I haven't seen around in a while. The long and short of it is... we gonna kick some Rebel booty. That means we need some Rebels to kick around. ;)
Just kidding Rebs, I'm not sure who'll win! Some Rebel fleet presence is certainly welcome/needed in this thread as well.

I'm pretty sure if no one else replies we're given free reign to wreck havok. ;)

I'm going to allow another Imperial/Travis give the pilots their briefing. An NPC character, of course, as I don't think any of the actual characters would be giving a briefing like that. ;)
Unless, of course, no one wants to, in which case i'll bluff my way through it. :uhoh

I'll provide the opposition, if Reshmar doesn't pop up, as well as the briefing, and field you a new pilot.

Don't be to sure of that. It's time the Alliance started to kick butt in the skies since Endor. I've already got some ideas brewing which I think both sides will like.

If this gets started before I get back, go ahead and NPC Tannis into the briefing/launch/jump/however far you get. I'll jump in when I get home.

In the briefing right now it'll just be Saul and Bette, plus our NPC commander Grisham. After its been laid out for them (and subsequently everyone else reading who wants to participate) then they'll brief the Shadows, or we'll just assume the Shadows were briefed. :)

Waiting on Saul, but I'll post as Bette and get us out of the briefing if he doesn't pipe up in a day.
Then any new pilots for SS are welcome to drop in (please post here first though) and then I think turn over the action to the Rebs for a few posts?

Shadow Ten, standing by.
Is it me, or does the Termagant keep changing ship classifications? Thought it was a VSD.

No idea however Aliya has inserted herself there. Shadow Nine is on deck

Er
I'm not sure about the classification. I saw it as VSD written down somewhere, but then I also remember it being an ISD II.
Maybe they're the same thing!

Could be they're on a new 'Termagent'? *shrug*

I've been wondering about the classification for a while.
Originally the Termagant was a Victory II-class Star Destroyer, I believe. However after quite a while of roleplaying Victory became Imperial, a simple mistake.
It does seems fitting to place Shadow Squadron, the Imperial's elite, on a similarly powerful ship. The Termagant has been established as an Imperial II-class for some time now and I think should remain.
I think the simple story could be put that the Victory II-class Termagant was decomissioned and the name and crews shifted to one of Kuat's post Endor productions.
Does that work for everyone?

Works for me.
If anyone asks again, that's what I'll tell 'em. A bit of RPing paperwork to explain our mistake ;)

Um, actually that was a typo from me about the eight glasses of fluid everyday. But considering everything, made for a funny comeback :lol

I figured as much, but we must run with the typos at times. ;)

I'll have to post to this when I come back from San Diego. I passed out last night and didn't have a chance to reply. Just keep me around in the background and NPC if you wish so the thread keeps going :)

When I can jump and blast you Imperial dogs away?

I think that the Rebels should be able to post whenever they like. I was waiting on Saul to post, I believe. But there's nothing to stop us from jumping between the two sides in the RP.
